Charles Sanders age 58, of Altoona passed away Friday, March 30th, 2018.

Survivors include: Mother Imogean Sanders, Daughters Amy Sanders Shoebridge (Jason), Morgan Sanders, Adopted son, Kris Shelton, Brothers Billy, Tommy, George, and Michael Sanders, Sisters Pat Ragsdale (Arthur), Joyce Stephenson (Jessie), Betty Tuttle (Alan), Martha Buse and Special friend Shelia Robertson . He is preceded in death by his father George Thomas Sanders and sister Alice Pack

The family will receive friends on Saturday March 31, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on March 31,2018 at the Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home.

Mr. Sanders owned C&J Auto Repair in Snead. He was also involved with Harley Owners Group H.O.G.- he loved motorcycles, served 2 terms on the Snead Town Council, he enjoyed being the sound/ tech. man for his church, he coached Rec. Softball for many years, and was a licensed minister for Global Church network.

Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
