Condolence: Polly and I have been Neighbors of Kenneth and Virginia since Dec 1978 and we have learned to love them and their children. We will miss Kenneth very much, we pray that the Lord will give Virginia, Jimmy, Judy and Joey the grace, peace and strength to go through this very difficult time. Cecil and Polly Fulmer
