Robert "Mac" Champion age 61, of Pinson passed away Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 at Grandview Medical Center.

Survivors include sister Janice Searcy, Loretta Hall, daughter Mechelle Champion Pinkston, sister-in-law Linda Champion, grandchildren Tony, Tiffany, and Brandon, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Preceded in death by parents Robert and Helen Champion, brothers Bobby and Nelson Champion.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, April 27th, 2017 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 27th, 2017 at 2:00 pm in Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Antioch Cemetery in Oneonta, Alabama.

Mr. Champion loved his dog "peewee" and spending time with his brother Bobby.
