Obituary for Ronnie Mearl Faile Sr.

Ronnie Mearl Faile,Sr., age 67, of Trafford passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 15th, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family. A veteran of the United States Army after serving 17 and 1/2 years, Mr. Faile was involved with the CB Club where he was known as "Groundhog". He was President of the club in Fort Campbell,Kentucky and a member of the VFW Lodge in Eastlake.

Survivors include wife Donna Faile; son Ron M. Faile, Jr.; daughters Christi (Dennis) Wilson, Rhonda (Andre) Avila; sister-in-law Marie Faile; grandchildren Zachery Freeze, Parker Wilson, Rose Avila, Theodore Avila; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Mr. Faile is preceded in death by his parents Carl Edward and Julie Youngblood Faile; brothers Euel Faile, Rufus Faile, 2 infant brothers; sisters Lorene McCay, Nellie Moore, Reba Self, Jean Goodwin.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Rev. Jessie Perdue will officate services Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 at 12:00 pm in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow with Military Honors at Youngblood Cemetery.

Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
