Obituary for Bernell H. Sitton (Hand)

Bernell (Head ) Sitton age 82, of Oneonta passed away Thursday, May 12th, 2016 at her Residence .

Survivors include her Husband: Mr. Silas E. Sitton, Son: Marlon (Anita) Sitton, Sister: Peggy H. Seahorn, Grandchildren: Beth (Joey) McGowan and Jonathan (Kim) Sitton, Great Grandchildren: Colin Audair, Jackson Boler and Ryder Sitton. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Mr. & Mrs. Edward & Docia J. Head, Sisters: Mazelle H. Saint and Nettie L. Hagood.

The family will receive friends at the Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home, 17885 State Hwy 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Sunday, May 15th, 2016 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm. Interment at Hopewell Cemetery, 9060 Hopewell Church Rd, PInson, Alabama 35126.

Mrs. Sitton taught Sunday School for 40 years, she enjoyed reading, studying, entertaining her family and her church friends during the holidays. She had a special love for her family..
