Obituary for Robert Calvin "Bob" Dingler
Mr. Robert (Bob) Dingler, age 59, of Blountsville passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 2nd, 2016 at residence.
Survivors include wife Marie Dingler; sons Michael Stanton Jr., Ryan (Candy Lewis) Dingler; daughters Amber (Jayson) Bartlein, and Bobbie Latham; sisters Shirley (Dan) Street, Merry Hinkson; and 11 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Calvin and Maggie Dingler; daughters Crystal Huie, Tanya Dingler; and 1 grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 State Highway 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held following at 12:00 pm in Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at South Cemetery in Blountsville, Alabama.
Mr. Dingler was the Minister of Music for Blountsville Church of God; very musically inclined playing many instruments including the keyboard, guitar and drums. Loved to drop a line in a stream or hang out in nature while camping. He was employed with Springer Equipment as a Field Service Technician working with heavy equipment.
Blount County/ Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
